Are you an immediately available (or available on short notice) Recruitment and HR specialist? If so, we may have a role for you!!

This well established client, based to the north of Derby are looking for someone to join them at a busy time to undertake a pivotal role in helping coordinate their recruitment programme.

The client would like someone who has experience mainly in recruitment but who ideally has also got some level of HR knowledge to be able to help out the wider HR function.

Recruitment duties will include:

Ensuring relevant vacancies are advertised

Collating CV's and passing to line managers

Chasing line managers for feedback on CV's

Arranging interviews and in some cases taking an active part in interviews

Ensuring candidates have interview feedback

Raising offer letter and contracts

HR duties will include supporting the wider team in a number of duties which may include note taking in meetings, reviewing job descriptions and helping to implement structured recruitment matrices.

Who should apply?

The right person will have broad recruitment experience but will have also had some HR knowledge that they will be willing to utilise. This client is experiencing a positive period of growth so this person needs to be flexible on supporting that growth which could sometimes mean working outside of normal hours.
