Our market leading, manufacturing client based in Whitstable, is looking for a Sales Co-ordinator for a fixed term contract role covering maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities include:

Preparing all customer quotations whether direct / Resale / Export, etc. using guidelines and system requirements
Undertaking quote follow up and negotiating where required
Processing customer orders and progresses with experience of vendor portals
Assisting with external sales requirements relating to customer and ordering information.

Essential Qualities Include:

GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths, Grade C or above.
Customer service and account management experience (customer enquires, quotations, managing the order process and shipments, etc.)
Experience interfacing between customers and other functions within the organisation to provide service to new and existing customers
Experience building up new and existing relationships with both internal and external customers, and making relevant business decisions for route to market
Technical product experience
Ability to read and understand catalogues and drawings, pricing and price variances, contracts and margins
Proficient in pricing and margin calculations
PC literate including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
