With its leading edge technology, this highly innovative Milton Keynes based manufacturing / electronics engineering business now requires an experienced International Marketing Executive to deliver both the agreed global marketing strategy and vision to the international market.

The Role:

Reporting to the International Sales Director, as the International Marketing Executive, you will act as a strong advocate of the corporate marketing strategy, supporting the business with regional marketing campaigns, driving the overall branding internationally and providing valuable customer proposal support.

In addition, the role responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- supporting the International team with campaigns to target market sectors
- liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations
- communicating with target audiences and managing agency relationships
- sourcing and executing strategic advertising opportunities within local, regional, national and specialist publications
- managing an allocation of web, telephone and event generated leads, ensuring the opportunities are properly recorded
- managing the production of marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, e-shots etc
- providing effective distribution of marketing and marcoms materials and then evaluating campaigns
- effectively managing and maintaining customer databases
- managing and attending conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions as required
- monitoring and understanding competitor activity

Candidates should note that there will be international travel with this role.

The Candidate:

Ideally of graduate standard, from within a marketing, communications or business based discipline, candidates will preferably have also achieved or be working towards their further professional marketing qualifications.

In addition, candidates should also be willing to demonstrate that they have:

- at least 3 to 5 years strategic marketing experience, either within industry or a dedicated marketing team/ agency role
- previous experience of working on either a pan-European / international business basis
- a proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns resulting in key account wins
- experience of dealing with major key accounts and supporting business development efforts
- excellent skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

For this customer focused role, you should be an organised, confident and pro-active individual with a professional outlook and a positive, "can-do" attitude.

Used to multi-tasking, you will require excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload so as to meet required deadlines.

Able to work as part of a team or under your own initiative, you should be an excellent communicator who can be flexible and thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
