A Support Analyst with help desk and software experience, with French speaking and writing skills is sought by an international Java house based in Halifax. Although their tech hub is based in West Yorkshire, they have completed a number of European client wins, many of which are based in Paris. As such they need somebody to offer French telephone and email-based software support.

Full training will be provided, although prior experience supporting ERP, CRM, HR or Telephony solutions would be a bonus for this one. This position will suit a Support Analyst who isn't just technically-minded, but who is also good with people. Every day will be different, and you will be interacting with different customers and managing relationships with clients on a daily basis.

In return, you will be joining a team with extremely low staff-turnover with the facilities/budget to provide a full training programme, as well as resources for ongoing training to continue your technical development.

The successful Support Analyst will have:

- Help Desk or Service Desk experience
- French speaking and writing to professional level
- Excellent people skills and the ability to cultivate relationships
