Marketing Assistant - Project Co-ordinator

The marketing team are a busy bunch, working on a number of key campaigns each quarter that meet the needs of their extensive and extremely varied customer-base.

The Marketing Executive / Project Coordinatorrole is responsible for helping ensure that the team hits the mark (and the deadline) with every single project,and that the marketing engine is constantly using the best and most exciting tactics it can to get across their message.


- You'll work as part of a project management team, and will be allocated a portion of the activities to manage through the creative process.
- You'll work directly with clients around the business to scope out and deliver multiple ongoing projects, with overlapping timelines.
- You'll run digital marketing campaigns and have a thirst to develop and use their digital automation to its maximum.
- You'll need to maintain and develop relationships with stakeholders around the business to ensure they maximise on their experience.
- You'll build strong relationships with the broader marketing team to ensure activities are bedded into the wider go-to-market strategy.
- You'll need to ensure campaigns meet both client and brand standards.
- You'll understand the data requirements of campaigns and work alongside the data team to create marketing-ready lists.
- You'll work closely with the head of marketing, manage the budget of allocated campaigns and ensure activities are delivered within agreed budget.
- Event management - you'll be involved in scoping out of non-London events, venue liaison and on-the-day event management.
- Reporting - You'll be expected to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, report on activity engagement rates for both individual projects and in weekly reports.
- You'll liaise with the in-house creative team to ensure that activities remain on track, and report progress back to clients.

Skills and Qualifications for the Marketing Assistant / Project Coordinator role:

- Confident and driven, and not afraid to use their initiative to get the job done.
- Has great communication skills - you'll need to be talking to new people and working closely with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Has a brilliant attention to detail, with the ability to understand a brief and ensure the team meets it.
- Bridges the gap between creativity and analysis. You should have a head for numbers and an appreciation for branding.
- Ideally has 6 months relevant experience, but if you have a passion for marketing and a strong history of working to deadlines and project management, we still want to hear from you!
