Salesforce Administrator/Consultant

Location: London

Salary: £40k per annum plus profit bonus scheme, with 28 days leave.

We are looking for an individual to join our team as a Salesforce Administrator/Consultant ideally with at least 3 year's experience of customizing and developing Salesforce CRM. As a fully trained and certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator, you will work on a range of implementation projects for various clients.

The role will offer continued Salesforce certifications and progression opportunities as you will be helping to drive forward and grow a boutique Salesforce CRM agency for non-profits and socially driven organisations.

Salesforce Administrator/Consultant, responsibilities:

Helping to customize and develop SF solutions for our clients and our own database, working on multiple projects at any one time to install new implementations or provide customer service support.

Attend client design meetings and be expected to assist with the gathering of requirements, write up of CRM specifications and inputting into the design and functions of system solutions.

Be responsible for managing our small charity project implementations with the support of a project director and will be trained in project management skills and requirements engineering if they are not already experience.

Will become the daily point of contact for client liaison during the build and support process to finalise specific requirements and administer solutions.

Understand and have used the wide range of functionality offered by Salesforce and third party apps and to effectively appraise and evaluate different solutions for prospect and current clients, assisting with the write up of proposals and solutions.

Will be responsible for training end-client users on how to do system administration and daily updates to the system

Will participate in Salesforce champion events and contribute to writing articles to up skill and train in-house administrators at our clients.

Could be supporting up to 5 clients a day on their Salesforce CRM based on daily customer support needs.

Salesforce Administrator/Consultant requirements:

Essential

- Salesforce 201 trained and up to date Salesforce Admin certification.
- Preferred - Additional Salesforce Certifications
- Min 3 year Salesforce Admin experience in multiple instances, demonstrating ability to work on a range of different projects, deploying and using Salesforce Communities, Sales and Service Cloud Solutions and developing the system to meet client/employer requirements.
- A clear passion for and background and experience working with either non-profits, CSR/Corporate Foundations, Public, Education Sectors, Housing Associations.
- Evidence and experience of satisfactorily undertaking the outlined job responsibilities detailed above.
- Experience working with third party apps - Clicktools, Conga, Form Assembly.
- Demonstrates knowledge and enthusiasm in the wider functionality of Salesforce and third party apps, and undertakes regular learning and market research.
- Ambition to progress and further develop a range of expertise and skills that will contribute to the job role. Is keen to demonstrate initiative, influence and input into designing and creating solutions for clients.

- Experience in client liaison and support to assist with their requirements.

Desirable

- Salesforce Consultancy background
- Project Management or Business Analysis Experience
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator, App Builder and Developer 401 Certification
- Completion of Trailhead Modules
- Experience and track record of working with organisations and tasked with implementations related to marketing, volunteer management, non-profit management, fundraising, sales, and customer service.
- Experience of working with SF Developers and Technicians.
