Kingsley Consulting has a fantastic opportunity for a Motivated, Solutions driven, Technical Sales focused individual, to work for a renowned market leader in the Roofing and Waterproofing sector. Our client are seeking to recruit an Area Technical Manager to develop sales and opportunities via specifications from Surveyors, Main Contractors and deliver using Roofing Contractors. This role is an exciting position, which holds available progression upon successful achievement.

Remuneration: Salary up to £45,000, uncapped bonus structure - realistic potential of £20- £40K bonus, Car (BMW/Mercedes range), Phone, Pension, Private Healthcare

Location: Covering the East London/ East Anglia region

Some of your responsibilities:

- - Deliver specifications to contractors within Area and negotiate business contracts
- - Work closely with Architects, Main Contractors and Clients to drive business product solution awareness
- - Achieve Sales revenue targets and manage all budgetary costs associated within role.

If you have a background in Technical/Specification Sales and can meet the criteria above then we would love to hear from you.

Ideally, if you have had exposure or have knowledge of various Roofing Systems (Singly Ply, Liquid, Bitumen etc) then all the better, but it's not essential. Our Client provide extensive training to the whole of their product range, as part of their fantastic induction process.

What is essential is that you have the drive to take this opportunity forward and you have the experience to demonstrate just how you have achieved something similar in a previous Technical Sales role within the Construction, Roofing or Similar Technical Market.
