Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 + bonuses
Location: North West Leicestershire
Sector: Manufacturing

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen within this well-established firm, for a sales coordinator to join a small friendly team. The successful candidate must have previous experience within a targeted service environment, where customer satisfaction is of paramount importance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Meeting the agreed level of contact with existing accounts to maintain/increase levels of business activity.
- To identify sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of products to secure new business.
- Process orders and offer customer feedback
- Efficiently use CRM database and meet call targets
- General office duties
- Quote and support existing/potential customers
- Arrange appointments and demonstrations for the products on sale

You will be fully trained and supported in the early stages, as you will have to learn a considerable amount of detail around the company's product range.

The Person:

You will be a strong sales coordinator with a proven track record, proven customer service experience. You will be driven, positive, proactive and enthusiastic. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be solution focussed. You will work on your own initiative, using your friendly and outgoing personality to achieve results.
