As part of a series of system and software upgrades 2 Project Managers are required to lead on projects including an intranet upgrade and a desktop refresh project for a Higher Education Provider based in Greater Manchester.

Liaising with multiple Heads of Department across the organisation the successful Project Managers will have experience of implementing software on projects with a value exceeding £500K.

Duties will include:

- Leading a team of multi-skilled staff in the rollout a new intranet system or the refresh of 8000 desktops and laptops across the organisation (Both Windows and Apple Macs).
- Working with key stakeholders across the organisation to manage the end-to-end delivery of these key business projects
- Management of 3rd party suppliers

Ideally you will:

- Have a proven track record of delivering £500k+ implementation projects
- Have a formal Project Management qualification (Prince2/ ISEB)
- Possess experience of delivery of complex system based projects
- Have experience of managing a technical implementation project with multiple Business Managers as stakeholders
- Working knowledge of different software principles including Waterfall and Agile methodologies
