The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be seeking new business opportunities, both by self-generating and via warm leads. With an established brand name behind you, you will be attending meetings with new prospects, creating tailored solutions from the broad portfolio on offer. This unrivalled Education Software portfolio encompasses Teaching Software, Learning Management Software, Homework Software, Classroom management software, marking software and anything clud-based you could need in a classroom. Selling these trusted software solutions, you will be approaching the Education sector, across primary, secondary and further education. Liaising with senior level decision makers, you will be representing the company in a well presented and polished manner.

The Candidate:
To excel in your role as Business Development Market you must have experience and knowledge within the Education Software arena. You must have an in-depth understanding of the sales cycle and hierarchy within the education sector. You will have a proven track record against targets, with a strong understanding of the key decision makers in the space. With a target-driven attitude, you will strive to achieve and exceed all given targets.

The Package:
On offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary of £45,000 - £55,000, depending on experience. On top of this there is an excellent commission structure in place, bringing your OTE up to £75,000.
