Service Manager /Customer Relationship Manager

Service Manager / Customer Relationship Managerwith very a strong background in Logistics andClient Relationship Management is required by our Technology Logistics client who specialises in both forward and reverse logistics. The hiring Manager is looking for a candidate with 2/3 years' experience of delivering IT services to external companies, with a strong emphasis on managing external and internal clients. The Service Delivery Manager / Customer RelationshipManager will be tasked with managing blue chip clients and ensuring that the SLAs have been met and that the clients' are happy with the standard of service that is being provided.

The Service Manager / Customer RelationshipManager will be responsible for:

- Carrying out Service Reviews and Service Calls
- Dealing with escalations from external clients
- Major Incident Management
- Managing changes happening with external clients
- Ensuring the technical delivery of Warehouse Management systems for both internal and external clients
- Mentoring a junior member of staff

Although, previous experience of delivering IT services to an external client is essential, this is not a heavily technical focused role i.e. our client is not looking for a technical specialist, but a candidate who is an expert in 'Client Relationship Management'. The ideal candidate will understand ITIL Service Management and have the ability to look at how the IT Services our client provides can be improved and made to work more efficiently. The successful candidate will also possess the ability to resolve any issues relating to service delivery should the need arise.

Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire

Start Date: To suit candidate availability

Annual Salary: £45,000-£50,000 plus car
