Business Development Manager

This consulting firm specialises in Business Intelligence and is looking for a Business Development Manager to develop and execute Business Intelligence and Big Data services business across the UK and Europe. You will be working alongside the leadership team to achieve business growth through sales skills so you will need a strong knowledge of the IT services and consulting market.

Additional Skills include:

- Strong commercial experience within a software sales environment, ideally gained alongside a major vendor or from a tier 1 Consultancy
- Ability to manage the negotiation of complex software services deals
- Excellent understanding of the competitor landscape within the Business Intelligence services marketplace, including intimacy with leading vendors
- Experience selling cloud based warehouse/platform solutions
- Exceptional communication skills, comfortable presenting at CxO level and the ability to lead the development of marketing collateral and bid content.
