A driven, quality focused and dynamic Site Manager is required by a volume house builder, who is looking for a strong minded individual to take over a development of 77 units in Tonbridge, Kent.

This 5* House Builder deliver expertly built developments across Kent and Sussex and currently build circa 600 units per annum from their Regional offices.

The suitable candidate will have come from a Residential (Top 20) Volume Developer. You will be able to manage and work to a tight build programme, have excellent knowledge of traffic management, NHBC standards, and be able to manage a large team of sub-contractors whilst ensuring the companies exacting standards are adhered to.

Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager, you will have an excellent Health & Safety record ensuring safety of workers and the general public, be a problem solver who can identify and execute site issues as they arise, and have excellent written communication skills.

You will have excellent time management, and be able to relay weekly/monthly reports to the Construction Director and Contracts Manager. You along with the Assistant Site Manager will have the ability to manage your development within the timescales laid out within the build programme.

On offer is an above average salary for this level in Kent of up to £60,000 per annum, company car or car allowance, pension, healthcare, 26 days annual leave and a generous bonus scheme of 20%.
