Page Personnel are looking to grow their Page Personnel Human Resources function in their busy Bristol office, by taking someone on to focus purely on the Swindon market. We have opportunities for a potential Recruitment Consultant looking to start out in the industry, and also senior consultants looking to grow their own roles, be in charge or their own careers, and develop into managers.

Description

From the moment of joining the Swindon team (based in Bristol), as a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be part of a challenging, exciting and fast paced environment. The role will encompass:

  • Managing the full recruitment process consisting of taking a full job brief, sourcing candidates, interviewing candidates face to face, arranging interviews with clients and handling a job offer.
  • Developing existing client relationships via business development calls and client meetings Creating new client relationships
  • Expanding a portfolio of candidates and managing the process for all individuals to match their career aspirations
  • Advert posting to attract new candidates
  • Influencing the processes for both clients and candidates by educating both parties about relevant areas.

Profile

Page Personnel have a fast paced and challenging environment in. As a Recruitment Consultant, you must have the drive and determination to succeed and be an individual who will go the extra mile for clients and candidates alike.

This job is fun and highly rewarding but it's not for the faint hearted! This is a sales role and we're looking for people who can sell.

Whether you have a proven track record as a sales professional or have recently graduated from University you'll need the ability to persuade and influence at all levels. If you are also target driven, tenacious, money motivated and commercially astute this could well be the job for you.
