Project Manager - Interiors/Construction - London

They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Project team in South of UK and London!
London & South
Must live in London or surrounding areas with an easy commute into Clerkenwell.
Car allowance -£4,800

Responsible for taking initial project brief from the assigned sales person ensuring all information for the allocated project is collated
Liaising with the client to absorb their expectations and project goals
Provide tender support on operational details for the sales team
Attend site visits with sales team to meet with clients and oversee the project and installation processes
Quote, support and manage the project from brief through to completion in line with company procedures
Monitor the installation team to ensure all targets and goals are achieved
Maintain competitive with installation costs on all projects (values of £60,000+)
Identify all service opportunities with ongoing clients
Liaise with sales team to follow up allocated service opportunities identified by them
Prepare monthly reports – project costing, invoicing reports, compensation claims and monitor in line with targets
Strong experience working as a B2B client facing senior project manager
Experience in construction, fit out, design and build, or workplace/office solutions industry
Ability to manage numerous complex projects at one time
Excellent detail to planning, communicating, managing and negotiating
A track record in successful project leadership, meeting tight targets and deadlines and managing projects from start to finish
Ability to take on project briefs with excellent eye for detail
Must be a team player
Project management qualifications – prince 2 or equivalent is desired but not essential
FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE REQUIRED AS DAILY TRAVEL IS NEEDED IN THE ROLE.
