The Role

To help continue with our rapid expansion we are looking to recruit a dynamic Telesales Team Leader. You will be responsible for assisting with the expansion of an already successful telesales team. Where you will be responsible for circa 10 staff. You must be an outstanding individual who can manage the recruitment of new staff, as well as providing ongoing training & sales coaching, whilst energising your team to achieve high levels of motivation.

You will also be expected to achieve the desired Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and oversee the delivery of the team sales targets.

Skills and Experience Desired

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • A proven track record in delivering results in a sales environment
  • A big personality
  • Experience of selling to businesses (B2B)
  • Great motivational skills
  • Previous sales management experience would be advantageous

What we offer

This is an office based role reporting to the Sales Department Manager offering a basic salary of up to £20,000 per annum. In addition to this we also offer generous uncapped sales commission (£25,000 OTE), company pension and 28 days paid holiday. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.
