A leading Coalville based organisation, operating across multiple sectors and part of a multi-billion pound turnover group, are looking to strengthen their procurement and P2P team with the addition of a P2P/Procurement Analyst to support the teams by providing data analysis and reports on a regular and adhoc basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven analyst who has a solid understanding of P2P and procurement.
The successful P2P/Procurement Analyst will be joining an award-winning organisation who are focused on the development and progression of their people, offering you a supportive environment where your procurement career can flourish. The procurement team currently influence circa £1b of spend, giving you the opportunity to be involved in significant savings / efficiency improvement projects.
Reporting to the Systems & Process Project Lead, as the successful P2P/Procurement Analyst you will analyse spend data, produce reports, manage the e-trading systems and supplier enrolment, map process flows within P2P and demonstrate positive, customer focused behaviours at all times. You will have responsibility for producing accurate reports, meeting tight deadlines and understanding spend and supplier data.
To be considered for the role of P2P/Procurement Analyst you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Excellent influencing skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong presenting skills - you will be required to present to senior members of staff
- A can-do attitude
- The ability to meet targets and achieve objectives under tight constraints
- GCSE Maths & English or equivalent
- Willing to travel within the UK as required
- Previous analytical work experience
- An understanding of P2P
In return, you will receive a salary of £20,000 - £25,000 dependent upon experience, first class training and development opportunities, 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, bonus scheme, free car parking along with a selection of other excellent benefits.
