Salary: £40k - £50k per annum depending on experience

The Position:



The position will be for a Project Architect to be working across all RIBA work stages focussing initially on residential schemes from 20 ? 500 units. You will be involved in running projects from inception to completion and your responsibilities will include:




  • Client facing and being the main point of contact for all enquires

  • Developing the brief and the concept and presenting this back to the clients

  • Feasibility studies and planning applications

  • Producing technical details and taking schemes through the planning application process

  • Onsite coordination, site meetings and final handover



You will be required to demonstrate the following skill set at interview:




  • A thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations and Housing Design Guides

  • Understanding of Revit software and BIM level 2 requirements

  • An understanding of the planning policy and the ability to change designs to get them through the planning process

  • Ability to call clients, contractors and suppliers and excellent communication skills

  • A good design ability and keen eye for detail

  • Strong technically and a sound understanding of construction detailing
