Application Support Analyst / 1st Line SupportAn Application Support Analyst / 1st Line Support Analyst is required by a leading business at their Head Office in the centre of Hemel Hempstead. You will be joining a great support team and be responsible for the support and configuration of the clients’ product portfolio whilst providing first class customer support. Day-to-day duties and responsibilities will include – providing technical support to customers via the phone and email, reduce fault rates and resolve issues within agreed SLA’s, provide regular technical updates to customers, colleagues and suppliers, and logging issues and resolutions in Tracker. You will need a solid understanding of IT within a support capacity with ideally some Server and / or Database knowledge. Along with the technical skills you will have first class communication skills, be a team player and keen to learn new technologies.
