New Business Enterprise Sales Manager

(Data Centre, Collaboration, Network & Security)

Our client is a Cisco Gold Partner based in London (central) and they are currently an Enterprise Business Sales Manager to be part of their high performing Enterprise Sales team:


Our client is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Enterprise sales manager that can help implement the UK Enterprise sales strategy for the business. You will be expected to deliver profitable sales across five different business channels, these being solution offerings around Data Centre, Security, Collaboration, Enterprise Networking and Connectivity.


To be part of a high performing positive sales team, who knows their target market, and acquires key strategic clients through a fair value exchange.

  • The focus of this role is a 100% new business role.
  • Commercial Business Development Manager selling our client's proposition into their London Enterprise Tier 1 market.
  • The remit is to identify approach and close sales with a mind to achieving profitable volumes within the London region.
  • Based from the London office with some home working

  • Ability to achieve an Annual Gross Profit target quarter on quarter.
  • Manage the sales cycle through from opportunity creation, proposition delivery, deal negotiation and deal closure.
  • Ensure the financial integrity of every deal.
  • Develop relationships with our client's strategic partners, namely Cisco and their eco-system of partners.
  • Grow out and leverage lead sources to create opportunities

  • Having the ability to question effectively to gain an understanding of the prospect/clients business needs
  • Understanding the environment in which the prospect/clients operates in and maintain awareness of all activity within it
  • Understanding the sales cycle and be capable of managing client needs from the start through to the point of order
  • Being capable of managing your time, highly organised and capable of prioritising work load based on client requirements
  • Demonstrating dedication, drive and ambition with an ability to work comfortably in a dynamic environment
