Architectural Technician required for Central Norwich Practice

Your new company
A small but influential architectural practice in the heart of Norwich who have a strong client base, with an extremely promising project pipe-line, including residential, care, and education. Historically operating across residential, social housing, and mixed use, they are seeking an Architectural Technician to assist them with these projects.

Your new role
You will be responsible as Architectural Technician for producing technical drawings across a range of projects, for public sector and private clients across East Anglia. As part of a family-feel environment you will be involved across all the technical aspects of the projects, including liaising with planning departments, developing building regulation, technical, and detail drawings, as well as being a key point of contact.

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful architectural technician, you will need to have 5 years minimum post education experience. You will also have a sound understanding of UK building regulations, as well as planning policy and process. You will have excellent AutoCAD skills, and ideally understanding of ArchiCAD and/or Revit as well. You will be confident, a strong communicator, and detail orientated.
