My client a respected and well-established specialist within their field is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk on a 9-12 month fixed term contract. You will be based at the organisations modern and spacious offices in Cheltenham.
Your new role
Your new role has developed on a fixed term 12 month contract in order to cover maternity leave. You will be working within the supportive and busy Accounts Payable team. Your main responsibilities will include; Processing supplier invoices , processing disbursements, making supplier payments, resolving queries, processing employee expenses, Company credit cards analysis, maintaining the supplier database, monitoring costs, monthly and Quarterly reconciliations and processing daily cash received.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have experience working in a similar Purchase Ledger role. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills and a professional manor. It is also important that the successful candidate has strong attention to detail and the ability to manage their work workload.
