Full training will be given in purchasing and our office systems.About the Role:We are looking for a bright, energised, flexible and well-presented team player to join our growing team. The role will be varied, so flexibility and a willingness to learn are key components in our search for the ideal candidate.+ Making sure that our and our co-workers’ office needs are met and everyone is looked after.+ Arranging office viewings for new prospective co-workers.+ Ensuring any available desk space is advertised and filled as quickly as possible.+ Ensuring office essentials don’t run out and ordering as and when necessary.+ Purchasing equipment on behalf of our clients and looking for more advantageous terms to ensure we get the best price on goods ordered. Building relationships with key suppliers.+ Handling deliveries, unpacking and ensuring they are delivered to the right recipient.+ Running reception and welcoming clients.+ Supervising and directing cleaners.This will be a busy role and office based - initially working in our office near London Bridge and then moving with us to our planned new and exciting office near Waterloo.About you!You are an enthusiastic, articulate, numerate and above all, fun and quick to learn graduate with excellent interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be well presented and a real team player able to communicate with our team, clients and suppliers and build excellent relationships. Patience and a sense of humour will be key requisites! Computer literacy essential; Excel, Word, Outlook and confidence to use online systems.Working alongside the Managing Directors’ PA, you will assist with our impending office move which will necessitate visits to the site in Waterloo to meet with suppliers and check that things are on schedule and progressing smoothly.We believe in promoting and growing the right individuals and we also believe in having fun.
