You will be a relationship manager - responsible for margin management and ensuring client retention.
You’ll get on the phone to either current clients, or building up your own desk by cold calling or using your own book of contacts. You’ll know how to engage with them once you get through by giving them information on trading.
You will be supporting existing clients as well as advising new clients on which product suits their needs. You’ll demonstrate a deep understanding of all products and make educated and relevant product recommendations to customers. Therefore, an understanding of the market is vital.
This role is great for someone who enjoys developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, consistently seeking to surpass expectations.
You will have a proven track record in speculative FX, with 2-3 years’ experience selling FX, CFDs and commodities.
You will be client focused, responding to queries via email, telephone or face to face, whilst providing excellent customer service and satisfaction.
You will open calls clearly, confidently and professionally, representing the brand and gaining the trust of potential investors.
Proactive and responsive to market volatility when contacting clients.
You will be a team player, recognising the strengths of yourself and others to provide outstanding service.
Integrity, flexibility, reliability and an excellent work ethic.
Multi-lingual/fluency in another language is highly desirable.
