Our client, a very well known and successful company in the construction sector based in the Exeter area are looking to recruit an experienced Office Manager. You will be a new addition to a great team in energetic offices that deal predominantly with civils and build projects.

Duties will include:

  • Construction or Civils experience a must
  • Managing the office and support function
  • Providing support to the commercial department
  • Liaising with clients
  • Producing and processing all new paperwork
  • Reporting on projects
  • Scheduling and coordinating
  • Assisting with Ad-hoc projects
  • Maintaining the CRM system

Skills and attributes:

  • Previous property experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Articulate
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
  • Solid IT skills
