The Body Shop are the UK's best known natural and ethical beauty brand. Blu Digital are partnering with the iconic retail brand as they embark on a new phase of their ecommerce strategy. With ambitious sales and growth plans for the next five years, they are investing in their ecommerce team and hiring across digital, performance and ecommerce positions. Part of these growth plans are to hire an Optimisation Manager in the team. 
As the Optimisation Manager you will be responsible for proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer journey on all sites, taking account of external best practice and current and future trends. You will conduct deep dive analysis, providing regular insight in all aspects of the digital journey to pull out trends and reporting in the performance in order to improve the conversion rate of key customer journeys and digital channels. Drive continuous optimisation through ongoing measurement and performance reporting of the targeting, testing and personalisation programmes and proactively monitor our websites for changes in customer behaviour and communicate these insights clearly around the Digital team and wider business as necessary to drive change. In this position, you will be reporting into the EMEA Head of Insight & Analytics. 
To apply for this role you should have significant experience in digital analytics with a proven record of delivering actionable insight and helping to drive change. You must have experience of working with one or more leading Digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or WebTrends. Advanced Excel skills, experience in AB Testing / MVT tools and be able to distil complex analytics into simple themes that are appropriate for non-technical stakeholders. Technical understanding in HTML or Java would be great.
