As a Hemmersbach Junior Service Delivery Manager you will support the company in its development of business opportunities ensuring that the customer is happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanour. Direct customer liaison, acting as first point of contact and providing excellent customer service– quite neatly describe the position you would like to have:

-You will help users with operational problems, requests and identify revenue generating opportunities.

-You will proactively ensure that reports are produced and supplied within a timely manner to support cost effective delivery.

-You will ensure all procedures are carried out in accordance with Hemmersbach Management System.

-Have experience in producing reports and presenting data in an accurate manner.
