1st Line Support Engineer - £15,000- £20,000 - Diss

Your new company
A rapidly growing service provider based in Diss with multiple revenue streams are adding to its ever increasing IT function. My client is looking for a 1st Line support Engineer to join their close net team.

Your new role
Your new position as a 1st line support engineer will include providing IT support for a multi-site business with a large customer base. You will also be included in the building and configuration of hardware devices such as laptops, desktops, printers and terminals.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience of working within an IT help desk for a multi-site business will put you in an excellent position to succeed. Your understanding of communication technologies such as WAN, VPNs and Remote Desktop will help you to flourish in your new career.

What you'll get in return
