Our Manufacturing and Production client are recruiting for an ERP Analyst to join their Birmingham business

Our Manufacturing and Production client are a global organisation based in Birmingham


As part of the ERP Analyst role your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Work as part of a group-wide ERP implementation
  • Take business requirements from numerous departments regarding their needs from our client's new ERP system
  • Map out the As-Is and To-Be processes
  • Work alongside our client's 3rd party ERP provider to agree final specifications for implementation
  • Carry out IT training to the business of the new ERP
  • Manage and process improvement initiatives to further develop and improve our client's ERP


To be successful in your application for the ERP Analyst role you will:

  • Have a strong background in either IT Training, Business Analysis or Process Improvement roles
  • Have worked on an ERP implementation within a commercial business environment
  • Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to map out key business processes across numerous departments
  • Have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in order to carry out key training initiatives
  • Have an appetite to be trained and new skills
  • Be prepared to travel during the initial months of the role
  • Any experience with Kerridge K8 is highly desirable but not essential
