Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

Location: Moreton-in-Marsh

Salary: Upto £32,000pa

Our client is a Gloucestershire based training facility. Due to expansion within the team, they are looking to appoint an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager. Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining an optimum level of ICT services.
  • Implementation and roll out of vision and policies.
  • Acts as a single point of contact for the ICT department.
  • Perform operational support on globally maintained items in the ICT-infrastructure (e.g. password resets, networking support, Intune device management, mobile device support, etc).
  • Diagnosing, classification and solving of hardware/software problems and faults.
  • Provide technical and functional assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Communication with end users as well as internal and external ICT Responsible.
  • Assist IT Services Manager in the implementation of IT projects.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience as an ICT Specialist
  • A proven customer relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, assertive and clear communication skills (verbal and written), including active listening skills.
  • Problem analysis and problem solving.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment, e.g. Windows 7/10; MS Office 2010/2013/2016; Intune, PCs, mobile Devices and Smartphones.
  • Working knowledge on basic infrastructural and networking components. E.g. firewalls, local Wifi, lease lines, switches and routers.
  • Working knowledge of Citrix
