Twenty Financial Services; on behalf of an investment bank based in Canary Wharf, are currently looking for candidates to join the Credit Portfolio Reporting team as an analyst. The bank currently has two vacancies within the same team, though the roles with include a lot of the same responsibilities but have a number of key difference. Overall the Credit Portfolio Reporting Team is responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of credit risk for various regulatory and internal management reporting. Both roles will have the following responsibilities; * Independent creation of process maps, creating accurate reflections of process flows. Partnering with others to write documentation on remediations, business glossaries, data dictionaries and data lineage. * Be a key contact in relation to the ongoing governance and compliance of Portfolio team reports and processes, working closely with all regional teams to ensure overall global reporting compliance. * Review reports and research any significant changes to ensure accuracy of data. * Liaise with various application system owners to ensure data quality. One of the roles will be heavily focused on ensuring the team is compliant with regulation BCBS 239. This will require a candidate with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills - with a solid background and experience in a controls role. This person can have a Finance or Credit Risk background. The other of the two is focused more on the reporting of trading book products - so knowledge of trading products is useful but not overly essential. This person will spend the majority of its time working with the exposures team on a project that is now in its infancy. Both positions have an excellent scope for progression and offer good senior management exposure. The team is global, but the hub is based in London and will continue to be based here.
