My client is a media communications agency located in the creative heart of London. They employ over 100 curious minds and have UK media billings in excess of £250m. Senior Digital Manager - The Role

You must be a solid Digital all-rounder with the ability to talk confidently about all aspects of Digital. My client are looking for a strong Senior Digital Manager with solid experience in the industry. You will be a highly influential individual with key skills in nurturing client and inter-agency relationships at a senior level. The role purpose is to navigate the best digital solutions and opportunities for client campaigns and securing out of scope income. The role involves working very closely with the Client Management Teams.

Senior Digital Manager - Key Responsibilities

- Management of the digital relationship with all clients
- Manage the planning, delivery, optimisation and analysis of digital programs, creative digital ideas, digital media partnerships and digital innovations based on the communications strategy and role of digital
- Manage delivery of best practise with media partners and industry bodies
- Ensure clients are aware of the latest Digital trends and innovations
- Manage the quality of the digital output of local teams

Senior Digital Manager - Key Skills

- Excellent understanding of digital marketing communications
- Demonstrate good understanding of the broader comms mix to contextualise the digital role and contribution
- Understanding and application of multiple sources for market, consumer and media intelligence: Mintel, Google trends, Comscore etc.
- Ability to discuss and articulate fluently POVs on media partnerships, content distribution platforms, social, search and mobile

Experience of;
- Display: guide the local teams and clients on best practice for display advertising across display and delivery of Direct Response and Brand campaigns
- Social has been a key growth area for EM.
- Paid Search and SEO
- Communication of strategic and innovative ideas with clarity and simplicity
- Excellent project management skills
- You are likely to be currently working in a digital role with solid experience in a top media or digital agency or a related working environment
- International experience would be an advantage but not a prerequisite. Experience working with developing/emerging markets would also be a strong advantage.
