£20k to £40k + bonus

Simply Solutions is a specialist, national property maintenance business, specialising in supporting multi-site estates across the UK and ROI. The company's main focus is the retail, care, leisure and commercial sectors, with all clients being well renowned, blue chip companies.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced National Sales Manager to work in our head office.


Sell company products, services and solutions to retail, care, leisure and commercial sectors. Manage existing customer accounts and maximise business opportunities within our key accounts department.

Create customer value through the knowledge of our products and services.

- Demonstrable track record of sales and successes
- Produce a pipeline of sales opportunities
- Provide a regular and accurate sales pipeline report
- Contribute to the marketing, communication and brand development strategy
- New Business experience is essential for the New Business teams
- Self-source business leads and cold call potential customers
- Consultative, ethical approach to sales, with excellent communication skills
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and business partnerships.
- Managing and growing existing customer accounts
- Sales experience
- Working within a target driven environment to meet set profit or revenue based targets on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis

Sector experience is open, however facility management, building maintenance or outsourcing at any level, is desirable.

The correct candidate must demonstrate the ability to work by themselves, as well as part of a close-knit team.

Salary £20k to £40k based on experience + bonus
