Senior Retail Application Support Specialist - Dynamics NAV

A well-known multi-channel retail company is seeking an Application Support Analyst with expertise in Microsoft NAV to provide support and maintenance, and contribute to the ongoing change / functionality of MS Dynamics NAV and other retail systems.

Working as one of two Application Support Specialists reporting into the Business Applications Manager, you will take on a broad range of responsibilities in support of the business applications (mostly Dynamics NAV), including:

- Contribute to ongoing improvement of Dynamics NAV (and other applications) functionality, as a contributor to the Change Advisory Board - identification, analysis, definition and deployment related.
- Supporting a diverse end-user group with functional use and technical troubleshooting.
- Managing and working collaboratively with 3rd parties
- Working with Infrastructure team to ensure test, development and production environments are available as required
- General system (NAV) administration

Essential Experience:

Senior level experience supporting MS Dynamics NAV

- SQL (ideally 2014, 2008 R2)
- Experience within retail / e-commerce
- Experience of working with 3rd party developers and/or service providers.

Desirable Experience:

- Business Analysis training / experience
