Are you an experienced Contract Manager who has worked on large scale projects within shop fitting solutions? Would you like to work amongst some of the best Store Design Gurus and for a highly acclaimed global retail display solutions company in West Yorkshire? A Permanent Contracts Manager is needed to manage the complete design, build and installation of our client's projects in retail display solutions.

Brief responsibilities:

- Responsible for contracts and ongoing relationships with suppliers.
- Management and supervision of contract team and the delegating of tasks accordingly.
- Financial budget supervision and ensure cost-effectiveness and value for money of contracts.
- Negotiation of contracts and managing tenders.
- Identification of potential areas of RISK to all parties.
- To implement, observe and comply with all good working practices and to ensure compliance within the Health & Safety and statutory regulations.
- Research and keep up with changing market trends as well as working as part of a team

Skills and experience:

- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers.
- On-Site project management experience essential
- Sound contractual understanding, identifying opportunities for cost saving and planning implementation
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism.
- Is flexible and positive towards changing circumstances and can react appropriately.
- Strong mathematical skills for financial planning.
- Drafting and negotiation of contracts and agreements.

Qualifications to support application:

- We are looking for Contract Managers who have a Bachelors Degree in Business or other related fields
- Other certifications such as a TEC, HNC or HND will also be considered.
