Level 2 Support Analyst JBoss Fuse, Camel and Postgre.

The level two support analyst will be responsible for 8 X 5 production system support, with off hours and weekend 'on call' production support responsibilities. They will manage and own application bugs and incident lifecycle, resolve bugs with quick fixes following Java and Postgre database best practices and drive those to permanent resolutions, implementing preventive measures to avoid repetitive issues. You will also attend to and resolve all tickets related to JBoss Fuse, Camel and Postgre components and communicate with stakeholders in case of delays or SLA breaches

Mandatory Skills:

Strong experience in Java/J2EE, Web Services (SOAP and REST)

Good working knowledge in Linux based environments

Strong experience in Camel or JBoss Fuse

Good understanding of maintenance methodologies and Enterprise server concepts

Experience of working in L2 & L3 support models

Optional / Good to have skills:

Strong knowledge of database and PostgreSQL is mandatory.

Good knowledge in OSGI and Active MQ specification is a plus.

Knowledge on using tools like Gradle, SVN, JIRA, Bamboo and Splunk
