ITSM/ITIL Service Management Analyst/Consultant - New Role

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 + Benefits + Bonus

A leading organisation in the Bristol area requires an ITSM/ITIL Service Management Analyst/Consultant to join its growing delivery team.

Suitable candidates will have the following skills/experience:

* Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM tools - such as HP ServiceManager, LANDesk, RMS, etc.
* Experienced in collaborating with developers, architects and testers through the full SDLC
* Able to reduce complex problems in to meaningful and manageable components
* Pragmatic and adaptable to new products, processes and stakeholders
* Experience of working with Management / executives on process improvement change programs
* Demonstrable consultancy skills and the ability to manage difficult situations
* Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
* Experience of leading the planning and management of multiple and concurrent projects
* Awareness of agile methodology advantageous.
