Sales Team Manager required for a superb company based in the Chester/Wrexham area. The company are about to embark on an ambitious and very exciting 5 year growth plan and as a result they are keen to recruit a number of key personnel to help them realise this.

This is a newly created position that will play a pivotal role in the success of the business and an amazing opportunity to be part of something big.

Working within a dynamic and inspirational environment, you will be responsible for managing the existing telesales team and implementing the 5 year sales plan. You will be developing your own sales channels and maintaining the momentum of the entire sales pipeline.

You will need to be a highly motivated self starter with a proven track record in B2B sales with experience management or team lead experience; having previously and consistently achieved sales targets and managed impressive sales growth in an SME environment.

You will also need
·Experience of selling an outsourced solution to SME and corporate businesses
·Demonstrable success in developing a team to success
·The ability to demonstrate outstanding sales performance both as an individual and a team manager
·Experience of managing sales teams financial rewards systems
