We`re currently on the look out for an experienced Sales Officer to join our team in Hackbridge, Sutton on a 12-month fixed-term contract. About the role: The Site Sales Officer is the face of Metropolitan`s Home Ownership department. This role is site based and you will be selling shared ownership and outright sale homes to eligible customers, while providing excellent customer service at all times and will need to ensure that all sales targets are met. It will also be your responsibility to... - Assist with internal and external marketing activities as requested to ensure that all opportunities are maximised and successful outcomes are achieved. Attend launch events for new developments. - Achieve or exceed individual targets and contribute positively to team targets. Proactively contact customers. - Liaise closely with all external partners and agencies to ensure exchanges and completions take place within agreed timescales. - Supervise and monitor other agents if appointed for the sales of specific plots. - Present excellent image of Home Ownership on site at all times. - Arrange and attend the handover of property with customers. Here`s what we`re looking for from you... - You must be willing to travel as you will need to travel to various sites. - Demonstrable experiences in sales and marketing. - Sound knowledge of local housing markets. - Knowledge and understanding of the shared ownership sales process.
