Test Manager - Specflow, C# - Automation - London - £60,000

Test Manager / Test lead is required to join a highly successful ecommerce company in the city of London. This is a great opportunity for a Test Manager or someone to step up into a Test Manager position to join a successful team and work across automation and manual platforms. The company are a C# house so an ability to work with C# code is necessary but you don't necessarily need an extensive C# background if are capable at working with C# code. For this Test Manager position, there will be a mixture of hands on and hand off work so this could work as a perfect stepping stone for someone to move into a Test Manager position for the first time. You will be taking charge and developing numerous automated processes and be responsible for incorporating Specflow into the business. This is a very interesting and challenging role and of offers great exposure to and benefits to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities
*Being a champion for quality in the technology department and the company
*Taking ownership of the regression suite they have built and continue to develop
*Training the manual QAs how to use SpecFlow and Selenium
*Training our developers how to use Selenium
*Management of onshore and offshore QAs
*Implementing and maintaining regression tests and ensuring the quality of others written by your colleagues
*Manual testing of new features/enhancements as a prerequisite before automation when required
*Tracking issues, identifying risk factors and formally logging these
*Load test scripting when required

Skills
*5+ years commercial testing experience with web applications
*Experienced working in an agile environment, Scrum or Kanban
*Ability to quickly understand company's two business models, direct online sales and white-label software provider
*Ability to set up test automation processes
*Thorough knowledge of creating/amending test automation suites
*Creating, maintaining and running automated tests using SpecFlow, Selenium and Page Objects
*BDD
