We're currently seeking a Contracts Manager with vast Design & Build experience to join an excellent principal contractor based in the Bedfordshire area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a 'friendly' contractor who pride themselves on providing a quality service to their new and existing clients.

As the Contracts Manager you will tasked of managing Design & Build and Refurbishment projects across the Education, Healthcare, Office, Heritage and Retail sectors across the South East. The successful Contracts Manager must be contractually and commercially aware and have vast knowledge of JCT & NEC contract forms. A basic salary of up to £65,000 is on offer, along with company Car, Mobile, Laptop and 22 days holiday.

Contracts Manager Duties:

- Oversee 2-3 projects at a time
- Attend pre con meetings
- Manage sub-contractors, labour and procurement
- Liaise directly with clients
- Work with the Surveying team on pre starts

Contracts Manager Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years experience working for a principal contractor
- Proven experience working on Design & Build and Refurb projects (£10m+ )
- Stable career history (3 years minimum with current employer)
- Contractually and Commercially aware.
- Full (Clean) UK Driving Licence

Contracts Manager Package:

- Salary: Up to £65,000
- Car, Mobile, Laptop, 22 Days Holiday
