Brooksby Melton College has an exciting opportunity for a Wedding & Events Assistant to join their team based in Brooksby. You will be on a full time, permanent basis working 37 hours per week Sunday to Saturday and be paid a highly competitive salary of £18,309 per annum.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and talented professional to join the team at our award-winning venue. Set within our beautiful 850-acre Brooksby campus, Brooksby Hall has built a reputation as a first class centre for conferencing, banqueting and weddings and has recently been awarded wedding venue of the year in Leicestershire.

We are seeking an experienced and vibrant Events Assistant to join a small team offering a highly professional and personal service for all events and functions.

What we are looking for in our Events Assistant

You will need to have excellent communication skills, be hospitality and service focused, driven to deliver high standards with excellent attention to detail. You will have a hands-on approach, disciplined with a right first time work ethic and be able to work autonomously.

You will require a minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification in a relevant subject and, although not essential, will ideally possess customer care and first aid qualifications.

Previous experience is advantageous, as well as a positive attitude, attention to detail and a passion high quality customer service. Candidates must be energetic, hard working, have experience working in a busy environment and perform well under pressure.
