- £30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary (depending on experience)
- £40-45,000 OTE uncapped
- 22 Days Holiday

About our Client:

Our client is a leading vehicle rental company who have been operating predominantly in the corporate fleet and accident replacement vehicle market for over 20 years. They are experts in specialist vehicles including prestige cars, vans, and taxis. Due to their continued growth and ambitious growth plans they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, driven, motivated and tenacious Branch Manager with experience of managing a team.

About the Role:

The Branch Manager will have the responsibility for leading the Branch, taking ownership of the P&L, driving branch sales individually and driving the sales team within the branch to develop and improve the profitability of the branch through additional revenue and customer retention. We are looking for candidates with sales and man-management experience within a B2C/B2B environment.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for:

- The P&L of the branch and the management of a team of seven.
- Leading and developing the team to increase sales and ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Reporting daily, weekly and monthly figures to the Operations Manager.
- Working closely with the team to ensure the rental fleet of vehicles which is in excess of 300, is utilised effectively and kept to the highest standards in the industry.
- Carrying out daily briefings with the team and oversee all daily activities within the branch and work to tight daily KPI's.
- Overseeing the on-site workshop operation.
- Prospecting and winning corporate business.
- Ensuring service standards and KPI's are exceeded.
- Deal with phone calls and emails from customers and head office.
- Deal with rota planning for the team including holidays, absence and overtime.
- Develop, coach and mentor the team.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Management and Branch Sales experience in a vehicle rental environment.
- An in-depth understanding of the vehicle rental market in Birmingham.
- Be experienced at handling complaints and exceeding customers' expectations.
- A strong presenter and communicator with sales skills.
- The ability to plan and ensure their time and their reports time is managed efficiently.
- A proven history of over achieving.
- Strong selling, negotiating, reporting and commercial skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Full UK driving licence.
