£35,000-55,000 plus uncapped commission (£50,000-100,000 OTE) plus comprehensive benefits

We are excited to be recruiting two vital functions within an exciting new client of ours. One of the UK's leading Digital Search Agencies, our client provide services including SEO, PPC, social media, digital marketing, online PR and specialist copywriting to some of the best known UK-based and global organisations in sectors such financial services, professional services, retail and travel. Highly profitable and cash-rich, the group as a whole are enjoying phenomenal success across its trio of businesses as it approaches its twentieth year, growing by 70% in 2016 with another 45% growth slated for 2017. To compound this ongoing success, they are now looking to hire two additional Business Development Managers.
Our client are renowned for the services they provide, partnering only with established businesses who are of a size whereby our client can have a real, tangible impact. As a result, customer retention is fantastically high and a number of awards have swiftly followed in recent years.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starting, go-getting, money-hungry sales machine! There is no limit to what you can earn and your titles and progression are directly linked to your own performance, meaning you completely control your own potential.

Key responsibilities:

- Prospecting and growing sales pipeline, using a range of methods to generate new business.
- Initiating action plans to approach and secure new business.
- Negotiation and closure of new business opportunities.
- Regular face to face client meetings.
- Answering client queries and providing relevant information to ensure the company's maximum sales potential is realised.
- Updating all information internal systems.
- Hitting administered to KPIs in place to continually drive business and improvement
- Keeping up to date with industry and company trends and developments.

Key requirements:

- Have at least 3 years' B2B sales experience within a high energy, high intensity outbound sales environment (essential).
- Ideally have sales experience within SEO or PPC.
- Ideally agency experience.
- Have an excellent and demonstrable sales record, dealing with blue chip clients would be a distinct advantage although not essential.
- Be commercially aware with an ability to maximize opportunities.
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills and will be articulate with a high standard of written English and presentation skills.
- Have an ability to manage workload and priorities.
- Be motivational and inspire trust, confidence and enthusiasm.
- Be polished, professional and sophisticated.
- Have the maturity and gravitas to deal with and influence senior decision makers.
