My client are a FTSE 250 business providing facilities, property and asset management for some of the biggest public and private sector businesses. They have revenues in excess of £1.8bn and a reputation for being the best in their business.

They are currently looking to recruit a Regional Account Manager, responsible for the delivery of hard services across sites in the North of England for a large, national client.

The job

- To support the Head of Operations in the delivery and compliance for the region in the below regional targets and objectives.
- Responsible for the delivery of hard services across sites in Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, Sheffield and Liverpool.
- To be support the operational teams in their delivery of all maintenance, reactive and small works within the scope of the contracts ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
- To ensure financial targets are met in line with annual budget reviews.
- To ensure that all personnel under your control work efficiently and maintain required standards in line with contractual obligations.
- To be responsible for staff motivation and discipline and control the allocation of labour to tasks.
- To ensure compliance with Health, Quality, Safety and Environmental standards and all training is delivered within the required time frame.

Person Specification

- Previous account/contract management experience is essential.
- Previous experience in managing teams of engineers is essential.
- Trade skill qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering (preferable).
- Good management, organisational and communication skills is essential.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
