We are looking for Call Centre Sales Advisor to contact new and existing clients who will be companies UK wide and generate interest in good quality Apprenticeship programmes. For many of these companies the training will be fully funded so will be delivered to their staff at no cost to them, in addition they may also qualify for additional government grants. The training can be offered to their existing staff or to new employees and can be for employees of any age and is most often delivered at their place of work. This training provider, being one of the UKs largest offer training to a wide range of sectors and industries including retail, hospitality and care.

This role is set in a team environment within a call centre and you will need to be able to offer excellent customer service and also use your sales experience to meet team and individual targets. The sales experience may have been gained from any background such as field sales, telephone sales, recruitment, retail, hospitality . and can be B2C or B2B.

Salary: £15,288 + Also receive bonus (hitting target would generate £450/month. However, this can be exceeded and some advisors earn as much as £650/700 p/month) which gives an OTE of £23,688

- Work towards daily, weekly and monthly targets, seeking to achieve and exceed individual and team targets across sites classed as - National Accounts, Agreed to Call or Account Management Issue letters and promotional materials to interested employers with timetabled follow up calls
- Ensure excellent customer service provision through quality KPIs
- Making calls to existing clients in order to renew current services.
- Providing customers with world class customer service
- Develop an excellent understanding of the services in order to provide customers with a knowledgeable service.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer focused sales environment
- Ideally phone based customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills


- Proven ability to meet individual sales and quality KPIs
- Experience of Contact Centres or a targeted customer service / sales environment e.g. recruitment, retail, events
- A positive 'can-do' approach
- An organised approach
- Ability to be creative in thought processes
- Work well as a team member

Salary & Benefits

- Salary of £15,288
- Incentive based bonus scheme - hitting target would generate £450/month. However, this can be exceeded and some advisors earn as much as £650/700 p/month) which gives an OTE of £23,688
