Programme Manager - Business Change required for our client a financial services organisation to join their growing Business Change division which is part of a major global outsourcing organisation.

Our client is easily accessed from Bradford, Leeds, Bingley, Harrogate and Preston areas via car or train and is offering an excellent salary to £68K + excellent benefits including bonus and an attractive share scheme as well as a fantastic career opportunity.

You will lead on projects and programmes, with a significant freedom to act within timescales and budgets agreed with Head of Change and Sponsors, directing BA's and external suppliers.

Programme Manager - Business Change - Key skills and experience

- Qualified in programme and project management, PRINCE2 or equivalent. You will have recognised leadership skills to lead and manage multi-disciplined teams.

- Your effective networking skills at board level will be strength of yours, and you will excel in Programme and Project management. You will have recognised impact and influencing skills, be effective in negotiation and natural strategic in your approach.

- A commercial awareness, aptitude for coaching and mentoring and a good knowledge of people management, practices and procedures will see you as an effective Programme Manager.

- You will have an extensive proven track record in project and programme management through the full project life cycle.
