Talent Acquisition Specialist / Internal Recruiter- IT & Technology

Rapidly expanding technology business located close to High Wycombe are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help them through a significant growth period. They're an extremely well regarded business in their field and their clients are diverse, from financial through tomajor sportingorganisations.

They offer a fantastic working environment (pool table and table tennis table as standard!). You'll first spend time making sure you fully understandtheir business, their culture and their people. You'll then take responsibility for managingthe full recruitment process from end to end; candidate attraction through to job offer. Their reputation is based on having the best people in the business and you'll play a key part in helpingthem to identify and attract the top talent.

The primary focus of the role will be attracting technical talent; from Service Desk Engineers, through to Senior Infrastructure Engineers and Technical Project Managers.

The role requires a confident and consultative individual, able to establish close working relationships with external and internal stakeholders quickly and effectively. Occasionaltravel will be required toan office based in London.

Job Purpose & Accountabilities:

- Managing the recruitment process from end-to-end, from sourcing through to employment offer
- Working with the business to implement a robust and consistent recruitment strategy and process
- Conducting detailed role qualification meetings with internal stakeholders
- Candidate attraction via multiple sourcing channels, for example Job Boards, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
- Maintaining up-to-date candidate tracking through the use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Talent pooling and keeping those talent pools up to date
- Promote our internal recruitment policy and referral scheme
- Liaising with recruitment agencies on our preferred supplier list to ensure they have all the information required to source candidates
- Co-ordination of interviews (including taking part in first stage interviews)
- Effectively promoteour brand through approved social media channels
- Weekly and monthly activity reporting
- Working with hiring managers to create and maintain role descriptions
- Collating external market intelligence for internal stakeholders on recruitment and market trends
- Ensure that we offer the very best candidate experience throughout the recruitment and on boarding process

Experience required:

- Recruitment experience is essential. You may have previous experience of in-house OR agency recruitment
- Technical recruitment experience, across a broad range of skill sets
- Experience of utilising appropriate job boards, LinkedIn and other sourcing techniques
- Excellent working knowledge of Boolean searches
- A knowledge of the technology market
- Strong administration skills
- Experienced with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Other Skills / Experiences:

- You'll need to be well organised with a high level of attention to detail
- You'll also have to be pro-active, keen to learn and be challenged every day
- An interest in Information Technology is a must
- First-class written and oral communication skills, able to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively throughout the recruitment process
- An ability to network effectively and quickly establish credibility, with candidates and internal / external stakeholders
- Clean and valid driving licence
