The Company:
The company is a multi-award winning manufacturer and stockist of uPVC building products with a continually expanding depot network. With multiple additional depots being opened this year it is a fantastic time to join them and be part of their success and future expansion.

The Role:
This role is also suitable for someone with management/supervisory experience looking to take on their first branch manager role, and can also offer people with strong knowledge of uPVC products a different career path. The main responsibilities of the role are to help trade customers choose products that fulfil their needs, manage the team in the depot to ensure they are motivated and focussed on the task at hand and to ensure the depot is maintained to a high standard.

You will be leading a small team and will take full responsibility for the trade counter and warehouse operations, with a keen eye for building customer relationships through excellent customer service. Working closely with a dedicated sales and management team, you will receive the support and training you need to help achieve the sales targets for your depot whilst gaining exposure to all aspects of branch operations including sales processing, deliveries, account management, cash management and financial reporting.

What You Need (essential):
* Full UK driving licence
* Good knowledge of uPVC products AND/OR experience working on a trade counter
* Supervisory or management experience
* Strong communication and organisational skills
