Position: CMMS Coordinator / Improvement Engineer
Salary: Up to £48'000 per annum, subject to experience, company car, laptop, mobile, pension, training and development
Duration: Permanent
Location: Flexible, requiring UK travel to sites

Position Overview
Our client is an international and leading manufacturing business, offering fantastic opportunities for further training and personal development within the group. With a network of factories and manufacturing plants across the UK we are now seeking an experienced CMMS improvement engineer to join the group wide Process Improvement Team.
Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Development, the successful candidate will be an experienced engineer or engineering manager, responsible for the development, deployment and management of the company-wide CMMs system across 20 manufacturing sites in the UK.

Key responsibilities will be in the following areas:
* The development, deployment and management of the company wide CMMS (Agility) across the UK
* The development and maintenance of a company wide standard job catalogue that may be accessed and utilised by individual plants as a means to standardise maintenance practices across the business.
* Developing and promoting excellence in industry-recognised Maintenance Practices and their application within the CMMS system
* The training of new and existing end users and administrators in the use of the CMMS system.
* Developing training material to assist end users.
* Single point of expertise for the resolution and escalation of any problems relating to the CMMS system.
* The management of key business-wide master data hosted within the CMMS system.
* The development of targeted reports from the CMMS system to align with the monitoring of specific business and local KPIs.
* Working with other Process Improvement Engineers on key improvement projects that may overlap with the development of the business Maintenance Management strategy and impact on the use of the CMMS system.
Essential Qualifications / Experience
* A recognised Engineering qualification, mechanical, electrical or manufacturing.
* A full driving licence.
* Experience of developing and implementing a CMMS within a manufacturing environment.
* A good appreciation of Standard Maintenance Engineering practices such as reliability centred maintenance and condition monitoring and experience in their implementation within a manufacturing environment in the form of maintenance processes and plans.
* Maintenance planning and scheduling experience
* Excellent IT Skills, covering data analysis and presentation skills

Desirable Qualifications/ Experience
* Experience of developing and implementing Agility CMMS system within a manufacturing environment.
* Experience of working within Windows Server/IIS as well as Microsoft SQL environments.
* Project management experience.
